Coordinates and postal codes come from OneMap, published by the Singapore Land Authority. A building-level fix means the exact block was matched. A street-level fix means only the road was found — usually a block since demolished — so the point sits along the road rather than on the building, and no postal code is available. District is derived from the postal code, so street-level addresses carry no district. Unresolved addresses still appear in tables and valuations; they are simply absent from the map and from district-level figures.

How to refresh the data

Private residential transactions, rentals, pipeline supply and developer sales come from the URA Property Market Information API, which requires an access key. Set URA_ACCESS_KEY in the server environment and re-run the ingest; those four sources will switch from “not configured” to live without any other change. The key is read server-side only and is never sent to the browser.
